How do I track my order?
We will send you the email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been packaged and shipped.
Check the delivery time on the product page that you ordered. You should also have received an Order Confirmation email. Check your JUNK FOLDER if you don't see it.
NOTE: If you have not received your tracking number, this means your order has not been shipped yet. Check your inbox or junk folder to double check.
How long is the delivery?
We work from Monday to Friday. It takes 1-2 working days for your order to be processed.
10 working days are not days! 3 business days means 3 working week-days which does not include weekends or public holidays. ... For example, if you order something midday on Friday and it arrives within three business days it should get to you by Wednesday (as Saturday and Sunday do not count).
- Carpets Orders: 7-10 working days. (contact Aramex at 600 544000 or WhatsApp Aramex here or log on www.aramex.com with tracking number received by email.)
- Pouffes Orders: 1-2 working days (unless on pre-order and this is mentioned on the product page).
